Every NFL team plays its three divisional opponents twice -- once at home, and once on the road. The AFC East this year will play against the AFC West (Oakland, San Diego, Kansas City, Denver) and the NFC North (Green Bay, Chicago, Minnesota, Detroit). The Patriots' final two games were determined by their finish in first place last year. As a result, they'll play Indianapolis and Cincinnati, the respective winners of the AFC South and AFC North.

The Patriots have made the playoffs for five straight years and in 10 of the past 11 seasons.
