Mild Saturday, Cold Sunday

It wasn't your imagination…the first week of March very cold! In fact, today will be the first day of above average temperatures for the month of March – so get out there and enjoy it!

You will notice an increase in clouds later on this afternoon and evening in advance of an approaching cold front.  Yup, I said cold front.  Tomorrow, we're right back into the chilly air mass with highs only in the 30s.

Don't forget we Spring forward tonight! You know the drill…we lose an hour of sleep, it'll be lighter later, but dark early...

A warm front will approach the region Sunday night into Monday, accompanied by clouds and light snow.  Right now it looks like a very minor to low impact event, but snow will be flying for many of us during Monday morning rush hour. We could see a coating to 1" in some communities…perhaps as much as 2" in the hilly terrain of central MA. I'll keep you posted if anything changes on that.
