Felger And Mazz: January 22, 2014

In hour 1 of Felger and Mazz, the guys take a step back from the Patriots to look at the other teams in town. The guys take a look at the Celtics' recent woes where they have dropped 15 of their last 17 games. Is everything going to plan? They also explore the latest surrounding the Red Sox and a potential extension with David Ortiz and free agent Stephen Drew. Finally, Brian Robb of CBSBostonSports.com joins the boys to look at his top-5 draft prospects for the C's for the upcoming 2014 NBA Draft.

Jan. 22, Hour 1

In hour two of Felger and Mazz, the guys turn their focus back to the Patriots. They take a closer look at some of the team's woes heading into the offseason. How big of a mistake was it to sign Damon Amendola long-term? Will they be able to add enough weapons this offseason? And how much of the loss to the Broncos should be put on Tom Brady? The guys break it down.

Jan. 22, Hour 2

In hour three of Felger and Mazz, Paul Perillo from Patriots.com joins the guys for his final hourly segment of the football season. Perillo talked about his frustrations with Tom Brady during Sunday's game, particularly his thoughts on a few questionable third down decisions Brady made. Additionally, the guys look at the Pats upcoming offseason, and the Falcons' move to hire former Patriots front office member Scott Pioli. Would the Patriots have been better off trying to bring him back to New England?

In the final hour of Felger and Mazz, the guys turn their attention to Richard Sherman in the first part of the hour. Felger voices his opinion on the reception Sherman's postgame comments from Sunday have received in the media, as well as his trash talking with Tom Brady last season. The guys also reflect on the retirement of Pats' coach Dante Scarnecchia and the Celtics' recent record woes. Finally, they wrap things up with The Final Word.
