Good Samaritan Stabbed While Trying To Help Assault Victim At Ruggles Station

BOSTON (CBS) — MBTA Police are seeking two suspects in a stabbing Wednesday at Ruggles Station.

At about 5:35 p.m. Wednesday, two males were assaulting an unidentified female in the upper busway of Ruggles Station when a Good Samaritan intervened, the MBTA Police said. The man who tried to help was stabbed, then the suspects fled.

Images of the suspects were captured on an MBTA surveillance camera. Anyone with information about the suspects can contact the MBTA Criminal Investigations Unit at 617-222-1050 or send an anonymous text to 873873.
