BOSTON (CBS) — A man and woman are dead after a crash on Interstate 95 south.
Around 10:30 p.m., State Police responded to the rollover crash north of Exit 11 on the Norwood/Canton line.
There, they found a 1998 Ford Explorer had crashed and rolled over numerous times.
There were two occupants in the vehicle both suffered fatal injuries and were pronounced dead at the scene.
State Police have identified the victims as Jerome Blomquist, 59, of Wrentham and Joan Pupi, 60, also from Wrentham.
Police would not comment on victims’ relationship.
The highway in the area of the crash, was shut down for several hours as police investigated.
Police are still investigating what caused the crash.
