BOSTON (CBS) —  A year ago, it was “lights out”– or worse– along much of the New York/ New Jersey coastline.

On Tuesday, Mayor Tom Menino unveiled a climate study to look at how Boston would fare if a superstorm hit Boston directly.

The plan outlines ways the infrastructure can be improved to prevent devastation.
