Felger and Massarotti opened up the week discussing the Boston Red Sox and their weekend World Series games against the St. Louis Cardinals. On Saturday night, the Sox lost 5-4 in Game 3. The Sox were able to take Game 4 in St. Louis 4-2. The Series is now tied at 2-2. Tonight Jon Lester takes the mound against Adam Wainwright in Game 5. How confident are Sox fans with Lester pitching tonight? Has David Ortiz gotten into the heads of the Cardinals? Should some of John Farrell’s coaching decisions in Games 3 and 4 be questioned? Finally, the guys talked about the New England Patriots 27-17 win over the Miami Dolphins yesterday. What are some of the takeaways from yesterday’s Pats win?

In Hour 2, Felger and Mazz discuss the Obstruction call at end of Game 3 of the World Series on Saturday night. The controversial call resulted in the Cardinals winning Game 3. Did the umpires make the right call? Did Will Middlebrooks know that what he was doing was illegal? Should David Ross continue to start over Jarrod Saltalamacchia at catcher? To wrap up the hour, Mike and Tony discussed Tom Brady’s numbers and yesterday’s win over the Dolphins.

During Hour 3 of Felger and Massarotti, the guys continue to second-guess some of John Farrell’s decisions in Game 3 and 4. Why was Mike Napoli still on the bench when pitcher Brandon Workman was due up to hit in the 9th inning? Workman struck out to start the top of the 9th in a tie game. Does David Ross deserve to start over Saltalamacchia? Looking back at Game 3, what did Jake Peavy show us? Peavy lasted only 4-innings and giving up six hits and two runs on Saturday night. If necessary, who should start for the Sox in Game 7? Finally, the guys discussed the Illegal Batting call in yesterday’s Pats win over the Dolphins.

In the fourth and final hour, Felger and Mazz are still discussing the Boston Red Sox. Is competitiveness the greatest asset of the this Sox team? What are the expectations of Jon Lester tonight? Can Clay Buchholz still be affective when his fastball only tops off in the high 80’s? Is the Sox bullpen starting to slip a little bit? The Sox and Cardinals play Game 5 tonight. What do Sox fans want to see tonight? Finally, it’s the Final Word with Marc Bertrand.
