LEOMINSTER (CBS) – Leominster police are looking for a tractor thief.

Officials say someone swiped a John Deere tractor from Sholan Farms at some point Wednesday night or Thursday morning.

The farm describes the tractor as a one-and-a-half-year-old John Deere 5093 with cab, self leveling loader, forks and bucket. The particular model sells for around $50,000 used.

Owners believe the tractor may have been loaded onto a flatbed truck. The farm says it’s offering a reward for information that leads to an arrest.

Anyone with information is asked to call police.
