Is Rob Gronkowski playing or not?
Reports earlier in the week said the tight end would likely be cleared by doctors and ready to play Sunday when the Patriots host the New Orleans Saints. Fast forward to Friday and there is “less optimism” the tight end will be able to take the field for the first time this season.
Gresh & Zo opened up the show sifting through all the reports and trying to figure out what’s going on. With Gronk still not medically cleared to play the guys discussed what could be delaying his progress getting back on the field.
Will it be the worst thing if he does not suit up for Week 6 against the New Orleans Saints? Is this a game where they need Gronk to win?
