BOSTON (CBS) – The Boston Bruins opened their 2013-14 season with a 3-1 win over the Tampa Bay Lightning at the TD Garden on Thursday night.

98.5 The Sports Hub’s Dave Goucher and Bob Beers had the call as the Bruins scored two shorthanded goals and got 32 saves from Tuukka Rask en route to the victory.

Gouch and Beers joined The Adam Jones Show after the win to share their thoughts on the Bruins’ penalty kill, Tuukka’s strong performance in net, and a big night for Chris Kelly.

They also touched on Dennis Seidenberg and the four-year extension he signed with Boston prior to Thursday night’s win.
