'The Queen Latifah Show' Premieres On WBZ-TV September 16

BOSTON (CBS) - There's a new talk show coming to WBZ-TV this fall.

"The Queen Latifah Show" premieres Monday, September 16 at 9 a.m.

"I'm looking forward to people finally getting a chance to see it," Latifah told WBZ-TV's David Wade.

Latifah and her staff have been working on the show all summer.

It will feature celebrities, music, DJ's, sketches, games and human interest stories.

"I think my show's going to be way different from everything else you see out there," she said.

"We go out in the field, we don't just stay in the studio... We meet people who are everyday heroes who are making a difference in the world."
