No changes here…this amazing stretch will live through the weekend and maybe even through the entire upcoming workweek! This will, in the end, be the best couple of weeks of the Summer…in my opinion.
High pressure is centered to our west right now keeping us comfortable and dry with seasonable temps near 80. This weekend, the high will drift overhead and this will create weak seabreezes in the afternoons. We are also watching moisture and an area of low pressure over the Carolinas. With zonal flow (west to east) the low will get blocked to our south keeping the raindrops away but high clouds from the storm system will overspread the area especially south of the Mass Pike filtering sunshine mainly on Sunday.
Next week will remain dry until a front approaches on Friday with the chance of thunderstorms. We will also be looking at building heat too…90 will be possible for a few towns later next week.
