The Red Sox have a three game lead in the AL East after a loss to the Toronto Blue Jays on Wednesday night. The Sox tied it up in the nineth as they have in the so many games it seems this season, but could not knock in any more runs for the win.

Mazz and Bertrand discussed the loss and some things that left them scratching their heads.

Jon Lester got the start and at one point missed a play at first base. Mazz points out that Lester seems to have an issue throwing to first.

The guys also discussed David Ortiz’s failed bunt attempt. Why have Ortiz try to bunt?

They also look ahead to tonight’s game and the fact that Mike Napoli isn’t in the lineup tonight. Napoli tied last night’s game with a two run homer, so why sit him out tonight? Plus a whole lot more Sox chat.
