NH Teen Encounters Burglar In Home

MANCHESTER, N.H. (CBS) --- Police are looking for a man who they say walked into a house and stole an iPad while a 17-year-old was in the next room.

Around 2 p.m Monday, the teen called police and said she was in her bedroom when she heard someone come in.

She told police she thought it was her mother.

Then, a man walked into her bedroom and asked, 'Where's Brian?' and left the room and walked out of the home.

Police say the alleged burglar got into a white minivan with black trim and drove away.

Once he was gone, an iPad was missing from the living room.

Police are looking for a white man, 5'7" to 5'8" with a medium build and blond or reddish hair, wearing a purple T-shirt.

If you know anything about the incident, call the Manchester Police Department at 668-8711.
