SOUTH BOSTON (CBS) – Police are investigating a report of a woman being attacked inside an elevator in South Boston.

The alleged attack happened around 3:30 p.m. on Thursday in a building on Channel Center.

Officers say the victim told police that a man grabbed her waist and neck area.

Police released a sketch of the suspect, who is described as a white man in his twenties, about 5’6’ tall, with an extremely red, possibly sunburned face.

He was clean shaven with short, light brown hair, and was wearing a white shirt with an unknown graphic on the front, along with gray or olive green cargo shorts.

The victim woman managed to escape the elevator.

She was not injured.
