5 Injured As Car Crashes Through Wakefield Dance Studio
WAKEFIELD (CBS) - Five people were injured when a car jumped the curb and crashed into a dance studio Thursday night.
Police say the 55-year-old driver had just picked up her granddaughter at Dance Track Studio on Main Street when her 2010 Honda Accord careened into the building.
The driver, her granddaughter, two other teenagers and another adult were all injured. The injuries are believed to be non-life threatening.
The driver has been cited and will be charged with operating negligently so as to endanger, the Wakefield Police said in a prepared statement.
