Recall Issued For Baby Einstein Activity Jumpers

BOSTON (CBS) - A recall has been issued for Baby Einstein activity jumpers.

The company that makes the product says there is a danger that the sun toy can snap backward and cause injury.

There have been 100 reports of incidents including 61 injuries.

Reported injuries include bruises, facial lacerations, a 7-month-old boy who sustained a lineal skull fracture and a chipped tooth to an adult.

The specific recall is for Baby Einstein Musical Motion Activity Jumpers with model number 90564.

About 400,000 of these units were sold in the U.S.

Consumers should stop using this product unless otherwise instructed.
