Toucher & Rich: The Deadly Adol-fu Style

Adolfo is changing his lifestyle and adopting a bit of the Eastern philosophies. He has sold his XBox and iPad to free himself and allow more time for thought and the study of martial arts.

Adolfo revealed the fact that he has been studying Jeet Kune Do, which is a hybrid style of no style and philosophy of life founded by martial artist Bruce Lee.

This particular style focuses on minimal movement with maximum effect and extreme speed.

The guys asked Adolfo to bring in some of his fighting sticks and show off some of what he's learned. What they got was a lesson in fighting when really all we want to see is him swinging those sticks around.
