How would you feel if your boss demanded that you keep an eye on your fellow employees and report back if they're doing anything "suspicious"? There's a report that President Obama has ordered federal workers to watch out for "high risk persons or behaviors" among their colleagues.Those who fail to report co-workers could face penalties including criminal charges.
The plan is aimed at preventing government workers or contractors like Edward Snowden from leaking secrets. Federal employees would be asked to pay attention to the lifestyles, attitudes and behaviors of their cubicle mates.
