Four People Rescued From Water Near Cape Cod Resort

YARMOUTH (CBS) — There were some tense moments at the Green Harbor Resort Thursday when vacationers needed to be rescued from the water.

Four people were pulled from the water off Baxter Avenue. The beach is public but often used by the resort, Yarmouth Fire said.

The four were separated from each other in the water and two different rescues were made.

Two people were taken to the hospital. The other two were brought to the resort to be checked out by staff.

All had non-life threatening injuries, the fire department said.

The victims’ ages are unknown.
