Boston Marathon Bombing Suspect's Widow Under Intense Scrutiny

BOSTON (CBS) -- As the investigation into the Boston Marathon bombing suspects continues, Tamerlan Tsarnaev's window, Katherine Russell, is under intense pressure, with investigators trying to learn what she knew about the chain of events leading up the attack.

Officials say phone records show Russell and Tamerlan spoke after the bombings at the marathon finish line, but there is no recording of that conversation.

A former FBI agent said Russell could be held accountable for that call. "There was a continual criminal activity that she may have abetted in this phone call if she warned them and then caused them to scurry from their hiding places. So there's a big hammer over her head right now," former FBI counterterrorism agent Tim Clemente said.

The FBI also have found radical Islamic material on Russell's computer.

Russell's attorney says she played no role in the plot and she's not a suspect.

Meanwhile, Tsarnaev's body remains inside a Worcester funeral home awaiting burial and Worcester residents are outraged.

"He just bombed us and we are taking care of him. It's not fair," one Worcester resident said.
