Dropkick Murphys To Play Sunday Benefit Concert To Raise Money For Bombing Victims

BOSTON (CBS) - Boston band Dropkick Murphys will play a show Sunday to benefit Boston Marathon bombings victims and their families.

The matinée show will start at 1 p.m. at the House of Blues. Doors open at 12:30 p.m.

The show will include State Radio, Big D and The Kids, The Parkington Sisters, Old Brigade and Barroom Heroes.

Tickets are currently on sale.

The band has already raised over $150,000 through sales  of a "For Boston" t-shirt with all proceeds benefiting the victims and families affected by the Boston marathon bombings and subsequent events.

All proceeds from the show will be disbursed directly to those affected by the tragedy through its charity, The Claddagh Fund.
