Police: Drunk Plymouth Driver Plowed Into Two Pedestrians, Kept Driving

PLYMOUTH (CBS) - A 26-year-old Plymouth man is behind bars after police say he slammed his car into two pedestrians in Wareham.

The victims were walking on Red Brook Road when police say Kevin Spencer crashed into them and kept driving.

One victim is in critical condition at Boston Medical Center. The other was taken Tobey Hospital in Wareham in serious condition.

Spencer was arrested at his home in Plymouth. He is charged with OUI second offense and leaving the scene of an accident after causing personal injury.

He's being held by Plymouth police on $10,000 bail until his arraignment scheduled for Monday.
