BOSTON (CBS) – After the first trial ended with a hung jury, the former Massachusetts State Treasurer has settled with the commonwealth, agreeing to pay a $100,000 fine out of his own pocket. The settlement means that AG Martha Coakley will not retry the case. Cahill sits down with Dan to talk about why he decided to take this deal and what it means to his legacy.
