BOSTON (CBS) – March is maple syrup season, and with the trees prime for tapping, Paul Boulanger will be very busy over the next few weeks. Paul owns Turtle Lane Maple Farm in North Andover, and he joins Dan in studio to talk about all the work that is required to get that delicious treat out of the trees and onto your pancakes. New England has a strong sense of tradition surrounding maple syrup, with around three hundred fifty sugar houses in Massachusetts alone.
