Theoretical arguments over assault weapons, magazine sizes, background checks, and other factors have been much more prominent after the Connecticut tragedy, but where do we currently stand? Attorney Matthew Trask, a 2nd Amendment specialist, sits down with Dan to talk about the current firearms laws in Massachusetts.
