WESTBOROUGH, Mass. (AP) — A Hudson man is scheduled to appear in court for allegedly going through two Westborough restaurant drive-up windows naked.
Rosildo Santos Jr. is expected to be arraigned Tuesday on a charge of open and gross lewdness.
Police say they responded to a Dunkin’ Donuts just before 1 a.m. Sunday after workers reported a man at the drive-thru window with just a coat over his waist. While an officer was talking to workers, Santos allegedly went past the window again, this time completely naked.
Police say they found Santos trying to use the drive-up window at a nearby closed McDoanld’s.
Police say when he was pulled over, he was naked. He passed field sobriety tests and was released on personal recognizance.
It was not clear whether Santos had a lawyer.
