READING (CBS) - A car drove into Starbucks on Walker Brook Drive Sunday morning.
Reading officials say no one was injured in the crash that left the sedan up against the counter.
“Upon arrival we determined no one was injured but the building sustained significant damage,” Captain Phillip Boisvert said.
The store was closed Sunday afternoon for repairs. A sign in the window directed customers to a second Reading location on Main Street.
Boisvert said the building was inspected and the store can open as soon as they clean up.
Police have not said why the car crashed into the store or whether there will be charges against the driver.
