January Meltdown

It seems that January arrived just more than a week ago, and already 'January' is having a meltdown, literally. Average highs are in the middle 30s at this point of the year, and temperatures were a few degrees higher than that yesterday with even milder air working its way into New England throughout the next 7 days. Relatively-speaking, it's going to be warm at times.

Today will be sunny with highs reaching the middle 40s. Winds will be breezy and originating from the southwest.

Wednesday will be sunny in the morning with more late-day clouds and a possible raindrop in spots as a cold front passes to our east. That being said, high temps will coming close to registering at 50F!

Thursday and Friday will be slightly cooler, yet still above normal. Highs will be in the 40-45F range with sunshine on Thursday. Then, Friday will be mostly cloudy with a chance of showers, especially after the lunch hour. Highs will be in the lower to middle 40s once again.

This weekend will be a warm one! You may even mistaken it for Spring! :) Saturday will be partly cloudy with highs near 50F. Then, Sunday is looking like the pinnacle of the thaw. Although, clouds and a chance of a few light showers will enter the forecast after noon, highs still have the potential of reaching the middle 50s to near 60F in some backyards. So, the big game at Gillette, Texans vs. Pats, will be a mild one with a slim chance of dodging a few raindrops.
