The Patriots will close out their regular season on Sunday against the Miami Dolphins. The Patriots are currently in third place in the AFC but, with a win and a lose by either the Houston Texans or Denver Broncos the Pats could move up to second.

Adam Beasley of the Miami Herald joined Johnston & Flynn, who were filling in for Toucher & Rich, to discuss Sunday’s match up and the state of the Dolphins.

With a 7-8 record Miami isn’t playing for anything on Sunday. Keeping that in mind what kind of effort will the Patriots see from a Dolphins team with nothing on the line?

The guys also discussed the job that Joe Philbin has done in his first year as head coach in Miami. What has he brought to the team this year? Is the organization headed in the right direction?
