BOSTON (CBS) — A Quincy man who was released from federal prison less than two months ago is back behind bars.
Police arrested John L. Haddad following a recent bank robbery they believe he committed, and they say he may have been involved in several others.
A parole officer recognized Haddad from surveillance video of a robbery at the Sovereign Bank on Beale Street last Saturday.
Quincy police say other charges may be pending. Investigators say he may have played a role in at least four other robberies elsewhere on the South Shore.
Haddad was released from federal prison October 25th. He had served time for identity theft and fraud.
