Police say there was 150 people at a party inside this Quincy home.
QUINCY (CBS) – A woman is accused of running a nightclub out of her Quincy home.
Police investigating a noise complaint on Gilbert Street found 150 people packed into a small house last Sunday.
There was a DJ, alcohol and a $5 cover charge.
Dozens of cars were also blocking the street.
Police shut down the party for safety reasons and some guests even demanded a refund for the cover charge.
The homeowner, Debra Sarjeant, says she never charged guests anything at the door. She insists the holiday party simply got too big because friends invited friends.
