Patriots Blog: Chung's Pregame Tweet Makes Us Wonder

BOSTON (CBS) - Patriots safety Patrick Chung is inactive for the fourth straight game on Sunday, but it's something he did before the game that has us all talking.

Before the Patriots announced their inactives for Sunday's game against the Colts, Chung Tweeted "gotta love business."  The Tweet was immediately erased from his account, but those three words have a lot of people thinking this could be the last we see of Patrick Chung in a Patriots uniform.

The 25-year-old is in a contract year, and likely unhappy he's sitting once again this Sunday. But New England likes Devin McCourty at that safety spot and the addition of Aqib Talib gives them another veteran at corner.

Aside from his rookie year, Chung has yet to show he can stay healthy for a full NFL season. In the last two seasons, he's missed 14 games to various injuries.

Veteran corner Leigh Bodden showed his displeasure with being inactive when he felt he was healthy enough to play a couple of years ago, and found himself out of a job shortly after. Could we see the same with Chung?

This is something to pay attention to.
