READING (CBS) – An armed serial robber is believed to have struck again in Reading.
Reading police say Thursday night around 10:45 p.m., a man held up 6-11 Variety Gas Station on Main Street, and made off with several hundred dollars.
The suspect is described as a white man, about six feet tall and 180 lbs.
He was wearing black pants, a black sweatshirt, a black hoodie and mask. Surveillance video shows the robber pointing a black handgun at the clerk. The video did not appear to contrain a clear shot of the man’s face.
The suspect matches the description of the person involved in recent armed robberies in Melrose, Stoneham, Woburn and Winchester.
Police in each of those towns are asking anyone with information to contact them.
