No Storms...

If you didn't like today then we have a big problem because this current pattern isn't going to break down for a week or more.  The days ahead will feature temps in the upper 40s to low 50s...dry conditions with lots of sunshine...and a noticeable breeze out of the NE.  Not every day will be perfectly sunny, today was a good example of that.  A deck of clouds around 2000 feet in the air formed and were solid along the coast until the afternoon...at which point an active jetstream produced high thin cirrus clouds at around 25,000 feet limiting the sun.  I expect more of the same tomorrow with lower clouds near the coast, especially SE Mass, and high thin cirrus clouds filtering the sunshine.

By the weekend, the jetstream will shift east taking the cirrus canopy out of here leaving most of New England in the sun.

Next week's storm still looks like a miss, providing great travel conditions for the entire Northeast leading up to and after the holiday.
