Gresh & Zo kick off talks about Pete Carroll this week.

Scott Zolak spoke with first-hand knowledge about how Pete Carroll was a different coach when he came in, compared to Bill Parcells.

“Going from walking on egg shells to maybe enjoying what you do every day,” Zolak said of the change. “Pete allowed us to try and act like adult men. I laugh at it, but it’s not something you laugh at, because last year, the way the Red Sox went down reminds me a lot of it.

“I think Pete allowed a lot of guys that type of leeway, and most took it and ran with it and abused that privilege,” Zolak said.
