Fall River Police Investigate Apparent Homicide

FALL RIVER (AP/CBS) — Police are investigating the death of a 31-year-old woman in Fall River whose body was found in her car after local residents reported hearing gunshots.

On Sunday, police identified the victim as Aja Pascual, 31, of Fall River.

Police say at 1:25 p.m., they responded to a call regarding shots fired in the area of 886 Cherry Street. Police found the woman’s body inside her red Nissan Versa. Police say it does not appear to be a random incident.
