WORCESTER (CBS) –  A Worcester man was injured Friday after he fell while pushing his vehicle uphill and was run over by the vehicle.

Worcester Police were called to Mount Hope Terrace shortly before 11 p.m. and found the  23-year-old man conscious. He was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
