Since 1951, the Big Sister Association of Greater Boston has been helping girls reach their full potential through positive mentoring relationships with women. On this edition of “Centro”, we tell you about this great non-profit organization and a special event they’re having on Tuesday October 16th called “Breaking the Glass Ceiling”. WBZ’s Yadires Nova-Salcedo talks to Mia Roberts, Vice President of Community Partnerships and Big Sister Eneida Roman. Tune in!
Special note: The Big Sister Association of Greater Boston is in dire need of Latino Big Sisters. They have a waiting list of 500 girls, 200 of them are Latino girls
