BOSTON (CBS) – Transit Police have arrested a Braintree man who allegedly fondled and exposed himself on a Red Line train earlier this year.
On Monday, police arrested 55-year-old Peter O’Connor at the Braintree MBTA station.
Police say the incident happened back on Friday, July 20 around 11:00 a.m.
The train was headed from Park Street to Alewife.
The female victim snapped a photo of the man before she got off the train at Harvard Station.
“We want to thank the members of the community that provided information that led us to make an arrest in this case,” said Transit Police Superintendent Joseph O’Connor.
Peter O’Connor will appear in Cambridge District Court Tuesday where he will face the charge of Open and Gross Lewdness.
