Aly Raisman On Toucher & Rich: Red Sox, Patriots Celebrations Provide Olympic Flashbacks

The whirlwind has yet to slow down for Needham's own Olympic champion Aly Raisman, but she took some time out of her hectic schedule to call in to Toucher & Rich on Tuesday morning.

The 18-year-old has been honored at Gillette Stadium and Fenway Park already for winning gold, and she talked about how much she enjoyed those moments.

"I have to say, going to the Red Sox game and the Patriots game and meeting a bunch of the players was really amazing and really exciting," Raisman said. "It's just cool to be down on the field, just walking out onto the field at the Red Sox and the Patriots game, it just brought back memories of being down there and looking out into the stands. It was cool. It kind of gave me the chills and reminded me of being at the Olympics."

Raisman's also been in the news for tweeting back and forth a bit with 20-year-old Bruins star Tyler Seguin, to the point where the Boston Herald tried to play matchmaker in a gossip column this month.

"I've never met him before, but I'd like to meet him soon," Raisman said, before being asked if she thinks Seguin is "boyfriend material."

"I have to meet him first and it also depends if he likes me," the gymnast said.
