According to Fleming, "Consumers are stating that they're booking travel through Sky Energy Travel, and that they pay the fees, but the business does not come through with the promises."

She says Sky Energy Travel customers have complained about failed bookings, refund issues, additional fees and bad service.

Fleming says some customers aren't getting what they paid for, and what they expected.

"If you have had a problem with Sky Energy Travel, please do file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau," Fleming says. "We are working with the business, but unfortunately, we haven't had much luck with any answers from them, but we're working to resolve each and every complaint."

Fleming says the Better Business Bureau has only recently launched an investigative unit. She says previously, the Bureau didn't have the resources to do this sort of thing. Fleming says if they see a significant spike in inquiries or complaints, they have an investigator who researches those businesses to determine the meaning behind the spikes.

WBZ's calls to Sky Energy Travel in Chinatown went unanswered.
