EEE Found In Mosquitoes On Cape Cod
BOSTON (CBS) -- Eastern Equine Encephalitis has made its way to the Cape. The virus was found in mosquitoes at Nickerson State Park in Brewster.
Bristol County is a known hot spot for EEE, but this is the first time the mosquito-borne illness has turned up on the Cape. It's rare, but it could also be fatal.
Health experts remind people to cover up when going outside at night and to bring bug spray.
