Woman Seriously Hurt In Skydiving Accident In Chatham
CHATHAM (CBS) - A woman was injured during a skydiving accident in Chatham on Wednesday.
The accident occurred at around 1 p.m. at Chatham Municipal Airport.
A 32-year-old woman was hurt in what was described as a "hard landing," Chatham fire officials said.
She suffered serious but non-life threatening injuries and was taken by a medical helicopter to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
Authorities said the woman's dive went well and she had no issues with her chute.
