Melissa Gosule
BOSTON (CBS) – The bill finally passed both chambers of the legislature last week, and now sits on the Governor’s desk as he decides whether to sign or veto it. The three strikes law would make habitual offenders ineligible for parole after a third conviction. Les Gosule, who lost his daughter to a career criminal thirteen years ago, has been fighting for this legislation for over a decade. He sits down with Dan to talk about the version that has now passed both the House and the Senate, and explain why he believes Governor Patrick must sign this bill immediately.
