Frank Catone, 46, was arrested at around 10 p.m. Monday after police said he had crashed into another vehicle outside the mobile home park where he lives on Route 138.

Police said Catone was driving without a license. They said his pickup truck had an ignition interlock system that would prevent him from starting it, but that device had been disabled, and Catone was apparently starting the truck with a screwdriver.

He was ordered held without bail on numerous charges pending a dangerousness hearing next week.
