Did We Say 'Sunshine'?

In response to the title of this blog post, the answer is 'oh yes, we will'!

Amongst the clouds and few scattered showers (mainly the latter half of the day for interior locales), the sunshine will be playing 'peek-a-boo' with the cloud cover today! A light breeze will allow for a weak seabreeze to kick-in this afternoon. Highs along the coast will be closer to 60F while interior backyards will reach the middle 60s.

Tonight will be mianly dry with lots of clouds around, but the NAM is hinting at a weak shortwave passing south of the Pike which may be enough energy to spawn a few showers after midnight.

Thursday will start with clouds and sunshine and give way to a few instability showers/storms in the afternoon and early evening.  Highs will be 65-70F for the coast while the neighborhoods away from the coast will aim for the lower to middle 70s.

Friday will include a large dose of sunshine, but a frontal boundary will be approaching which will provide us with a few isolated late-day storms, especially north and west of Boston.  Highs will be in the lower to middle 70s along the coast while interior locales will reach highs between 75-80F.

This weekend looks much better than the last.  Saturday will be mostly sunny initially, but clouds will increase as the day turns into night.  There will be a chance of a few showers/storms on Saturday night.  Sunday will be mainly dry, but we can't rule out a stray shower/storm late in the day as a frontal boundary will be near southeastern Massachusetts.  Otherwise, temperatures will be near 80F on Saturday and reaching the lower to middle 80s on Sunday!
