Woman Arrested In Police Department Parking Lot, Charged With OUI

YARMOUTH (CBS) - Police officers in Yarmouth did not have to travel far to arrest a woman suspected of driving under the influence of drugs.

Officers arrested 31-year-old Bethany Rogers of Dennis in the parking lot at Yarmouth Police Headquarters on Friday around 9:30 a.m.

Police say the incident started as a domestic dispute. The grandmother of Rogers' daughter was concerned about the girl's well-being. Rogers reportedly followed the two to the police station. It was there, the grandmother alerted officers.

Rogers was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of drugs. She was also cited for an uninspected motor vehicle and failure to change her address.
