'Pool Protector' Monitors Unsupervised Pools

BOSTON (CBS) - With pool season about to get under way, a small company is marketing a potentially life-saving device that tells you when someone's in the water.

It's called the Pool Protector, and is primarily geared toward families who have pools and children.

The Pool Protector is an electronic monitoring system that automatically sounds a loud pulsating alarm when something or someone falls into an unsupervised pool.
