The CrossFit Regionals are in Canton this weekend and they're drawing a big crowd. It's not just extreme exercise; CrossFit is the newest, and one of the fastest growing sports in America.
It's a program that combines strength with speed and flexibility. 700 athletes from across the northeast are competing at Reebok's headquarters.

Some compete individually, others on teams.
The top three men and women and the top team will move on to the CrossFit Games in California. The winners of those games receive $250,000.
